1:1 Coaching
This program is designed to find the desired life you want to live physically, mentally, and emotionally. We dive deep into the 12 steps in the circle of life and develop a plan to implement into daily practice. Each session is 45 minutes long, once a week, for one month. Renewals are offered at the end of each month to keep the 1:1 program going!
Nutritional Program
Big on preventative medicine here to keep you out of the doctor’s office and hospital! This program is designed to figure out your nutritional goals and how to obtain them. Here we dive deep into every aspect of nutrition, with our main focus on food plans, movement, vitamins, minerals, and conventional practices.
